THOROUGHBRED PERFORMACE TRAINING
FOR: Students from the ages of 8 to 18 (3rd--HS)
For all athletes that strive to be a little stronger, a little faster, jump a little higher knowing that this edge in ability leads them to their true potential. Ply metrics is exercise designed to enhance the athletes ability to blend speed and strength training. This speed/strength ability is power and power results in better performance on the court. This features trained and knowledgeable trainers, Chuma Echebelem and Larry Copeland.
Pre-Season Warm-up WHEN: Girls--Sept 25, Oct 2, 9, 16 1pm-3pm 3rd-6th and 3pm to 5pm for 7th-8th Boys-- Sept 26, Oct 3, 10, 17 1pm-3pm 3rd-6th and 3pm to 5pm for 7th-8th WHERE: - Roosevelt Park Gym, 813 Chicago Dr. SW, Wyoming, MI (near Clyde Park) Call Gary with questions: 862-4667 $55 for 4 weeks (8 hours of training) Save $10 if signed up by Sept 18th
