Private or Group Lessons

(no more than 10 per group)

Lessons are available to youth athletes,

4yrs to 18 yrs.

Hoop City Bob, Gary Wilfong, Larry Copeland, Brent Wilfong, and the other experienced Hoop City Instructors will be ready and able to assist you with any of the following:

• Conditioning
  

• Plyometrics/Speed/Agility
  

• Shooting
  

• Post Moves
  

• Ball Handling
  

• Defense
  

• Combination of the above
  

Adults Staff:     $ 30 per hour individual

                        $ 18 per 1/2 hour individual

                        $ 15 per Player (2 to 6 players)

Student Staff:   $ 15 per hour individual

                         $ 12 per 1/2 hour

                         $ 22 per hour group (4)

                         $ 15 per 1/2 hour group (4)
